For our ocean in a bottle we used baby oil instead of cooking oil and also added a little glitter. After we tried it out we added some plastic animals that grow. By the next day we had giant sea animals in our ocean!
What a great idea. I'm following your blog. When you have a chance, please check out my blog, Saving Cent by Cent. Have a good day. http://savingcentbycent.blogspot.com/
Very cool! Found you through BloggyMoms! I'm always looking for good projects to do with my kids, so I'm following you now and will be checking back to see what neat ideas you are sharing! I'd love it if you'd stop by my blog, too -- I write a humorous blog about the joys, trials, and tribulations of motherhood at www.misadventuresinmotherhood.com
What a great idea!!! My boys will love this! My daughter will too -- but the boys... they will love it even more! I'm a new follower via vBoks and GFC. Hope you can stop by my blog for a visit.
You know children just love to make these! I've homeschooled since 1989 and now have just 1 out of 4 children left at home. I don't blog about my homeschooling, but I would love to. Do you know of any blogs that offer a weekly homeschool blog hop?
That is soooo cool! I must have missed this last time I was hopped over here. I'm totally gonna hook my kids up with this. And then chase them around the house with it and threaten to make them eat the sea creatures when they are bad :)
